Abstract

Gloiosiphonia verticillata Farlow is reported for the first time for the Mexican Pacific. New populations of Gloiosiphonia californica (Farlow) J. Agardh and Schimmelmannia plumosa (Setchell) Abbott are also reported. This report for S. plumosa extends the southern limit of this species on the Pacific Mexican coast.
